Happy Hour Support Group is an intimate, therapist-led support group designed for women to pause, exhale, and have honest conversations about life. Together, we explore topics such as relationships, grief, stress, marriage, boundaries, identity, anxiety, and emotional healing in a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment.
Limited to just 10 women, the group fosters meaningful connection, vulnerability, and practical tools for personal growth. It's not about cocktails it's about building the emotional capacity to navigate life's challenges while remembering you don't have to carry them alone.
