Ladies Happy Hour - All Women Support Group

Our support group is designed specifically for ambitious women who are seeking to rebuild and transform their lives after a relationship change, loss/grief or while building their careers. Group is led by Cherlette McCullough,  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. 

We will have Heidi Behr, LMHC for a 1 hr workshop on a method that can be used to help clients decrease their stress levels in these trying times is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping). EFT Tapping is a form of acupressure that is used to calm the nervous system and lower stress levels. Heidi will explain the mental, emotional, and physiological benefits of EFT Tapping. She will engage the audience in a series of tapping rounds explaining each meridian endpoint.
