Instead of saying " Therapy will NEVER work for me" Ask Maybe I should try Therapy and see how it goes?

Instead of saying " Nothing will help me feel better" Ask What do I need to feel better?

Instead of saying " I can't do anything right" Ask What are the barriers that causing me to feel this way?


Asking yourself questions maybe a good start for you to find healthy solutions to your problems.
