Burnout have many causes and effects. Make sure you recognize the warning signs that come with burn out, whether it’s at work, church, school, sports or community organizations etc. It’s never too late to evaluate your options; try to be open to new things.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Find a way to relax on a continual basis.
